IMPORTANT! All claims must be approved BEFORE repairs are performed or the claim will NOT BE HONORED!

Take your unit back to the selling dealer for repairs

If you are unable to return to the selling dealer, you can take your unit to any certified mechanic with an established business anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Claim Estimate

The dealership/repair facility will write up an estimate for repairs and submit it to the claims department, initiating the claim.

Inspection

Based on the report submitted to the claims department, an inspector might be sent out to examine the claim.

Approval

Once the claim(s) is approved, the repair facility will perform the necessary repairs.

Payment - Customer

All approved claims will be paid directly to the repair facility. The customer is responsible for covering their DEDUCTIBLE and/or any NON-APPROVED repairs.

Payment - Repair Facility

The repair facility is paid within 10 days GUARANTEED. A final invoice must be submitted for payment. Pinnacle Protection Plans® CANNOT PAY FOR A CLAIM UNTIL THE FINAL INVOICE IS SUBMITTED. Forgetting to submit a final invoice is the #1 reason for non-payment.
