  1. Take your vehicle/watercraft to a certified dealer or mechanic. This must be a legal place of business.

  2. The repair facility will call our claims department:

    • NON-Florida: 888-442-9755

    • FLORIDA ONLY: 800-866-6090

  3. Select: Start New Claim

  4. Repair facility will inform the claims department of issue(s) and cost of repair.

  5. Claims department will either approve the repairs or send out an adjuster.

  6. IMPORTANT! ONLY AFTER REPAIRS ARE APPROVED BY THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT SHOULD ANY REPAIRS BE PERFORMED.

  7. Repair facility will submit a final invoice ONLY AFTER repairs have been completed. Fax:913-895-0328

  8. Repair facility will be paid within 10 business days of claims department receiving the invoice of work completion.

  9. The Customer is responsible for paying their deductible.
